History & Production: Although caffeine itself is essentially odorless, it is not used as a fragrance material for its scent. Instead, Caffeine is represented as an olfactory accord, recreated using coffee extracts, roasted pyrazines, cocoa facets, tea notes, woody materials, and gentle bitter molecules to evoke the sensation associated with caffeinated beverages.
